One-on-one business coaching

You Don’t Need More Advice. You Need the Right Questions.

One-on-one business coaching gives established owners a private place to work through team accountability, sales follow-up, operating processes, and important business decisions. EBS helps identify the problem, choose practical actions, and review progress.

You don’t have to carry it alone

The Business Closes. Your Mind Doesn’t.

“I’m working harder than ever. Why does this still feel so hard?”

You’re the one who notices what gets missed, handles the difficult conversations, and worries about what happens next.

Coaching gives you a place to work through the decisions you’ve been carrying on your own.

Let’s Talk About What’s Weighing on You

You keep having the same conversation with your team.

You explain it again. Fix it again. Follow up again. By the end of the day, your own work hasn’t even started.

We work on: clear responsibilities, difficult conversations, and accountability that doesn’t depend on constant reminders.

A slow sales month follows you home.

You check the numbers, worry about payroll, and wonder whether the next lead will turn into actual business.

We work on: where opportunities are getting lost, how you follow up, and what needs to change in your sales process.

You’re about to spend more money without feeling sure.

Another hire. Another tool. Another agency. You need relief, but you don’t want another expense that leaves the same problem in place.

We work on: the problem behind the pressure, the alternatives, and the decision that makes sense for your business.

The business is growing. Your breathing room isn’t.

More customers bring more decisions, more loose ends, and less time to step back and lead.

We work on: priorities, practical processes, and a plan you can act on and review together.

What progress can look like

Less Firefighting. More Forward Motion.

For owners ready to make changes: clear priorities, practical action, and progress we review together.

A team that takes ownership

Clear responsibilities. Better follow-through. Fewer decisions landing on your desk.

More opportunities moved forward

Consistent follow-up and a clearer view of where sales opportunities get stuck.

Decisions you can act on

Know what matters next, act on it, and have someone holding you accountable.

More room to lead

Processes and team ownership that give you more time to develop the business.

You should be able to point to what changed, not just remember a good conversation.

Practical answers before we talk

Your Questions, Answered.

Who is EBS business coaching for?

Our focus is established business owners who want help with people issues, sales, processes, priorities, or growth. Businesses older than five years are welcome.

What do we work on during coaching?

Bring a current challenge or decision. We examine what is causing it, consider options, agree on practical next steps, and return to what happened. Topics can include accountability, sales follow-up, hiring decisions, and SOPs.

How is coaching different from the Roundtable?

Coaching is one-on-one work focused on your business. The Roundtable is a monthly peer group where selected owners contribute perspectives and hold one another accountable.

Do I need a business plan before contacting EBS?

You can start with the challenge you are facing. Tell us what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want to improve.

Does coaching guarantee revenue growth?

No. Progress depends on your business, the decisions made, and the work carried out. We focus on practical actions and reviewing what changes.
