Choose coaching for focused, one-on-one work.
Coaching gives you a private place to examine team issues, sales processes, operating bottlenecks, or a decision you have been postponing. The conversation focuses on your business and the actions you choose.
Choose a roundtable for peer perspective.
A business owner roundtable adds other owners’ experience to the discussion. You contribute as well as ask for help. At EBS, the group meets monthly for three hours, and membership requires application and acceptance.
What should you consider before choosing?
- Do you want private work on an issue specific to your business?
- Can you commit to monthly group participation?
- Are you willing to contribute, listen, and act between conversations?
Both formats depend on what you do after the conversation. Neither guarantees a particular financial result.
