EBS Business Roundtable

Better Decisions Happen When the Right People Are in the Room.

The EBS Business Roundtable is a small, selectively accepted peer group for established business owners. Members meet once a month for three hours to discuss challenges, examine an owner’s business problem, and commit to next steps. Membership requires application and acceptance.

A room where you can be real

You Can’t Talk About Everything With Your Team.

The employee issue. The cash-flow worry. The decision you keep second-guessing. You need a room where you can say what’s actually going on.

Once a month, step out of the day-to-day with a small group of business owners who understand what it takes to run a company.

Bring the problem you’ve been carrying. Leave with perspective, a next step, and people who will ask how it went.

Three focused hours, once a month

What Happens in the Room.

Three hours to step back, think clearly, and work on the business with people who understand the responsibility.

Business Diagnostic Spotlight

One Owner’s Challenge. The Whole Room’s Perspective.

A challenge you could bring

“Should I hire another person, or fix how the work gets done?”

A real decision. Real money. No easy answer.

Put the real issue on the table.

Explain what is happening, what you’ve tried, and what is at stake.

See what you may be missing.

Other owners ask questions, challenge assumptions, and share relevant experience.

Choose your next move.

Leave with options to evaluate and a commitment to bring back to the group.

People issues. Sales slowdowns. Pricing decisions. Growth challenges. Bring the decision that deserves more than another night of second-guessing.

Membership by application

A Carefully Selected Room of Business Owners.

The EBS Business Roundtable brings together a small group of established business owners who are ready to contribute, speak openly, and act on what they learn.

Membership requires an application and acceptance. We consider each owner’s business, commitment to monthly participation, and fit with the group. We keep the group intentionally small and avoid placing direct competitors together.

Applying does not guarantee a seat. We select members with care because the people in the room shape the value of every conversation.

Practical answers before we talk

Your Questions, Answered.

How often does the Business Roundtable meet?

A small group of owners meets once a month for three hours. Members are expected to participate consistently and follow through between meetings.

Can anyone join the Roundtable?

No. Membership requires an application, a conversation with EBS, and acceptance. Applying or booking a conversation does not guarantee a seat.

Are competing businesses placed together?

We avoid placing direct competitors in the same group so owners have room for open discussion. Group fit is reviewed during the application process.

What is the Business Diagnostic Spotlight?

One member brings a meaningful business challenge. The group asks questions, examines possible causes, shares relevant experience, and explores options. The owner chooses a next step to report back on.

How is this different from networking?

The focus is working through real business challenges, decisions, and commitments. Meetings are not built around sales pitches or exchanging referrals.
